About Us

We are conveniently located in the Berkeley Plaza on Rt. 11 just north of Martinsburg. We are connected to Extreme Family fitness. Adults get a free gym membership and daycare when you sign up for Adult MMA or BJJ classes. Parents can drop their kids off and get a workout in while their kids are in class. Or walk over to the theater and get a bucket of popcorn and watch your child. 

                 Seminars

 

We run seminars quarterly. Seminars are 1.5 - 2 hours long. We do womens self defense, kids self defense (anti- bullying) seminars and more.

         PRIVATE LESSONS
​

If group classes are not something you are interested in we could book private 1 on 1 classes with just you and an instructor. We will match up what instructor would work best with what you wanted to learn. We could book private lessons for Karate, MMA, BJJ, Wrestling, Kickboxing or Self Defense
